REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Earlybird registration closes on 30 June 2026, 11:59pm ACST
Admission to the Meeting and any associated social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.
Regular Registration (Full, Day or Student*) includes morning tea/lunch and afternoon tea during the days of the Meeting, Meeting materials and Welcome Reception. The Gala Dinner tickets are an additional charge to registration or can be purchased separately, $160 AUD.
*Student Registration Students must be currently enrolled in an educational institution (undergraduate or graduate level). Students must provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID card, enrolment verification, or a letter from the institution).
GROUP REGISTRATION AND ALTERNATE PAYMENT
If you would like to purchase multiple registrations as a group or request an alternate payment method invoice, please contact All Occasions Group via email at conference@aomevents.com
Other payment methods include invoice, EFT/direct debit or SWIFT payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Meeting will receive a full refund, less a $150 AUD cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 7 days prior to the Meeting will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven (7) days of the Meeting; however, a substitute delegate may be nominated.
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to All Occasions Group (AOG), conference@aomevents.com.
Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier. Each hotel will have different terms and conditions, check before booking.
